Happy New Year everyone! WOW where do I start. First thing is first. Not only is the first new years but it is Jaylene's birthday. She turned 5 this year. I don't know why when you want time to fly it drags on forever and when you want time to go slow it zips right by ya. She turned 5 and I can remember when she was little. Some of my more precious moments where when I lived in York Creek. She loved spending the night with carlos. So we would take her for the night and this one time carlos was watching King Kong. She loved the big monkey. She sat with him and watched the whole thing and for those of you that dont know that movie is long. She sat right by him and watched it. She kept thinking the monkey was gonna get hurt and she would get sad and hang on to their every word. Well Happy Birthday baby and may God be by your side always.

Now lets talk about the new year. Everybody always makes new years resolutions, and they never seem to do them. I know I am one of them. So this year I am doing something I want to do for me. I am going to try and go to church more often. I have been introducing Jaylene little by little. I think I am going to take her and her mother with me. Jaylene really likes learning and I think she would love church. I know I feel so much better when I go that I need to put my foot down and go.
